At LAST LAYER, hygiene, safety, and product quality are our highest priorities. Since our products are intimate innerwear garments, we maintain strict hygiene standards to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made on LAST LAYER are final and non-returnable. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits on any of our products.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept products back once they have been shipped or delivered. This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been worn or used.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about your size or fit, please contact us at support@lastlayer.store before placing your order, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure that every order is inspected and packed correctly before dispatch.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us at support@lastlayer.store as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs or videos showing the product and the issue

• Any other information our support team may request

Each case will be reviewed individually. If we determine that the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Please do not send any product back to us without first contacting our customer support team and receiving instructions.

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Policy

Because LAST LAYER products are intimate innerwear, all products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.

This includes products that are:

• Unworn or unused

• Still in their original packaging

• Unopened

• Purchased in the wrong size

• Purchased by mistake

• No longer wanted

• Sale or promotional items

• Gift cards

Once an order has been successfully placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified before dispatch.

Size & Fit

We understand that finding the right fit is important, especially for innerwear.

Before placing your order, please refer to our size chart and carefully check your measurements. If you need help selecting the right size, please contact us at support@lastlayer.store before ordering.

A size or fit preference does not qualify an order for a return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@lastlayer.store with your order number.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the status of your order.

Refunds

LAST LAYER does not offer refunds for returned products because we do not accept returns.

In the limited circumstances where we determine that a refund is appropriate, such as an order cancellation approved before processing or a confirmed issue attributable to LAST LAYER, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been approved, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
